They come in a 5.1 x 7.5mm TCPAK57 package (known as 'TCPAK10', recommended size 5.2 x 8.7mm) with a 16.5mm2 thermal pad on top.
"This allows heat to be dissipated directly into the heatsink, rather than through a typical printed circuit board," according to the company. "The improved reliability of the new design increases the overall life of the system."
On-state resistance is only 1mΩ (Vg=10V) among devices (listed below) with 86nC gate charge.
