Whereas Space NV, based in Belgium, has independent facilities, management and operations. Redwire says it expects a smooth transition of the business.
For the year ended March 31, 2022, Space NV reported revenue of €49 million, or €3. million profit after payment taxes, and the debt under the contract amounted to 113 million euros.
Founded in 1983, Space NV has worked with civil and commercial space clients including the European Space Agency (ESA) and the Belgian Science Policy Office (BELSPO), providing navigation and secure communications infrastructure.
