Engineers can order exact specifications from online and get details within 48 hours thanks to the company's unique programmable architecture. The company offers more than 150 billion configurations for its sync devices. Individual configurations can be produced from blanks in quantities from one to 5,000 units.
The online store provides engineers with access to the complete programmable architecture of SiTime devices 24×7×365. It allows engineers to configure, compare, buy and receive support online or in person. Live chat service is available to assist with parts selection.
Engineers can place orders by part number on the new order page or create a custom configuration using the part generator. This tool allows you to configure up to 10 parameters. These include frequency, frequency stability from ±0.1 ppm to ±50 ppm, operating voltage, output drive power, and output pin configuration. Most configurations are completed in about two minutes using the tool.
A variety of delivery and payment options are available. North American customers can order up to 5,000 units at once. This service will be expanded in the EMEA region in autumn 2022. For larger orders, users can contact SiTime directly through the contact page.
