“Using neuroscience, artificial intelligence and machine learning, Ready Care classifies driver behavior into a focused or distracted state and initiates a personalized response state in the cabin to mitigate dangerous driving situations such as stress, anxiety, distraction and drowsiness,” according to the company.

Using an infrared camera or radar aimed at the driver, new features are non-contact measurement of a person's vital signs, including heart rate, respiratory rate and inter-beat levels to determine driver well-being.
