Silicon Labs EFR32BG22 single-chip processors support Bluetooth Connectivity 5.2, including Bluetooth Mesh, Bluetooth Low Energy, and direction-finding with an accuracy of one meter. According to the company, they extend the life of the "tablet" battery up to 10 years to save energy in consumer, commercial and industrial IoT applications. They are based on the Arm Cortex-M33 core and provide low transmission and reception power.

The EFR32MG22 devices are small, low-power SoCs optimized for Zigbee Green Power applications. They combine a 76.8MHz Arm Cortex-M33 core with a 2.4GHz radio and can support multiple IoT protocols. They can be used in Zigbee devices powered by coin cell batteries or energy harvesting sources such as smart home sensors, lighting controls, building and industrial automation.

The EFR32FG22 SoC combines a 38.4 MHz Arm Cortex M33 processor and a 2.4 GHz radio with a reception sensitivity of -106.4 dBm. Designed for small and compact applications such as electronic shelf labels, industrial automation sensors, building security devices and special modules for commercial lighting, single-chip devices are supported by a set of software tools and stacks.
