The RAA271082 has a primary high-voltage synchronous step-down regulator, two secondary synchronous low-voltage step-down regulators, and a low-voltage LDO regulator.
It offers four high and low voltage monitors, I2C communication, configurable universal I/I/O pin and dedicated reset/fault output indicator.
“To meet ASIL B performance, the RAA271082 includes a second independent reference for overvoltage and undervoltage monitors, built-in power-up self-test, independent overvoltage and undervoltage monitoring, and continuous CRC error checking of internal registers and I2C communication,” according to the company .
