The Silicon Valley office of Colliers (NASDAQ: CIGI) announced today that it has joined Silicon Catalyst, the world's only incubator focused on accelerating semiconductor solutions, as an Inkund Partner.

Colliers, with revenues of $4.5 billion, operating in 66 different countries, provides professional commercial real estate and investment management services to corporate and institutional clients in the Americas, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific. Portfolio companies in the Silicon Catalyst incubator will be able to use Colliers real estate services to find suitable office and laboratory space to further develop their business.

Brokers Jere Hench and John McMahon, both of whom are Executive Vice Presidents in Colliers' Silicon Valley office, have spent their careers serving such companies.

“Our work with early-stage companies has overlapped with Silicon Catalyst in the past, and it's exciting to now be working with them in an official capacity. As these companies grow, it's critical that we help them make the best real estate decisions as they scale,” Hench said.

“It is critical that the Silicon Catalyst In-Kind Partner ecosystem continues to serve the needs of early-stage companies in our incubator. As they succeed in the market, it is great to know that they will be able to leverage Colliers' expertise to meet their property needs,” said Tarun Verma, Managing Partner of Silicon Catalyst.
